At FirstAidShop.com.bd, we value our customers and always try to ensure the best shopping experience. If there is any issue with your order, you may request a return or refund following the policy below.
 

1) Return Request Time (3 Days)

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • 📌 Return request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) after delivery.
 2) Return Accepted When (Eligible Cases)
Return will be accepted only if:
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product has missing items/parts
  • The product is expired (if applicable)
3) Return Not Accepted When (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept return if:
  • Product has been used or opened
  •  Packaging is damaged or seal is broken
  •  Items like masks, gloves, bandage, oral care items (after opening)
  •  Customer changed mind after purchase
  •  Product damaged due to customer mishandling
  •  Return request is made after 3 days

4) Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return:
  •  Product must be unused and in original condition
  •  Must be in original packaging with all tags/accessories
  •  Invoice/Receipt must be provided
  •  Customer must provide photo/video proof
  • 📌 Important Note:We strongly recommend customers to keep an unboxing video, because it is helpful to approve return requests quickly.

 5) How to Request Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1.  Contact us through Phone/WhatsApp/Facebook
  2.  Share your Order Number
  3.  Explain the issue clearly
  4.  Send photo/video proof
  5.  Our team will review and confirm within 24-48 hours

 6) Return Shipping Process (Steadfast Courier)

We deliver orders through Steadfast or other method Courier.

(If your return is approved:)

  •  We will guide you to return the product using Steadfast Courier
  •  In some cases, pickup may be arranged depending on location

 7) Refund Policy

Refund will be applicable only when:

  •  Return request is approved
  •  Product is received by us and inspected
  •  Returned product matches the return conditions

 Refund Method:

Refund will be provided through:

  •  bKash / Nagad / Rocket
  •  Bank transfer (if needed)

Refund processing time:

  •  3 to 7 working days after successful return inspection.

 8) Replacement Policy (Recommended)

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may request a replacement instead of refund.
📌 Replacement delivery time depends on location, usually:
  •  2–5 working days

 9) Return Delivery Charges

 If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged/missing items):

  • We will bear the return & delivery charge.
 If return is requested due to customer mistake (wrong selection, change of mind):
  •  Customer must bear the return courier charge.

 10) Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order if:

  •  The order has not been dispatched/shipped
  •  Cancellation is requested within a short(1-3 hrs) time after confirmation
  • Note : Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
